Update on Release of Project Rankings for the New Mexico Community Solar Program

The Program Administrator anticipates releasing the list of selected and waitlisted community solar projects for the New Mexico Community Solar Program on Tuesday, May 16, 2023. The release of final rankings, previously scheduled for Tuesday, May 9, 2023, was postponed because of an Emergency Verified Complaint filed with the PRC by Lightstar Renewables, LLC, and NM Solar 4000, LLC. The release of the final project rankings for the New Mexico Community Solar Program has been postponed. The delay is due to an Emergency Verified Complaint filed by Lightstar Renewables, LLC, and NM Solar 4000, LLC, which is currently under consideration by the Commission. Tiebreaker Event Recording and List

On May 1, 2023, a tiebreaker event was conducted for the New Mexico Community Solar Program. The event was held at the New Mexico PRC in Santa Fe and was broadcast live on Zoom. Each of the 408 bids that paid the program application fee had a representative ticket that was drawn at random from a spinning raffle drum. Individual project scores will now be available to Subscriber Organizations in the program portal on May 1, 2023, at 9 am MDT, rather than April 28, 2023, at 12 pm MDT, as previously communicated. New Mexico Community Solar Project Awards Timeline Update and Key Dates
