The Program Administrator anticipates releasing the list of selected and waitlisted community solar projects for the New Mexico Community Solar Program on Tuesday, May 16, 2023. The release of final rankings, previously scheduled for Tuesday, May 9, 2023, was postponed because of an Emergency Verified Complaint filed with the PRC by Lightstar Renewables, LLC, and NM Solar 4000, LLC. The complaint can be viewed here. Subsequently, the Commission issued an order instructing InClime, the Program Administrator, to review and rescore the bids in question and any similarly affected bids. The order can be viewed here. InClime appreciates the Commission’s prompt review of the complaint and the Subscriber Organization for bringing it to the Commission’s attention, as this is a crucial aspect of the process. InClime will post an announcement upon publishing project selections to the program website on May 16.
