Interconnection Queue Status

Section 17.9.573.12(L) of the amended Community Solar Rule, published by the New Mexico Public Regulation Commission on 9/9/2026, directs each utility to “provide a report to the program administrator on the status of the community solar project interconnection queue as of January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1, no later than the 15th of each of those months, respectively. Such reports must include information on the status of each scored community solar project that has made application with respect to the following data, which the program administrator must post publicly to the program website.”
