Interconnection Applications

Selected projects should use the following information to begin the interconnection application process.  

Only projects selected by the Program Administrator based on scoring should submit an interconnection application. The utilities will disregard interconnection applications from projects that have not been selected. 

PNM (Public Service of New Mexico) 

Awarded projects can submit interconnection applications using the following site: https://pnminterconnect.powerclerk.com/

Click the link for "New Interconnection Application."

If you already submitted an interconnection application through the FERC process, you may be redirected when you click the link above. In that case, please add the correct interconnection portal to your account via the following process:

  • Log in to PNM's SGIP portal at https://pnmferc.powerclerk.com/
  • Go to the Settings menu at the top of the screen and click the icon to Register for Programs.
  • Under Programs locate "Public Service Company of New Mexico".
  • For Program select "Interconnection Program" and for Role select "Applicant".
  • Click the Add Program button.
  • Log in to https://pnminterconnect.powerclerk.com/, and confirm you can see the button for Interconnection Application.
  • Email [email protected], if you need additional assistance with this process.

SPS/Xcel (Southwestern Public Service)

Awarded projects should submit interconnection applications to the following email address to begin the process. Applications will be reviewed in rank order by the utility.
