Due to multiple ties in project scores, a tie-breaking event is necessary to determine the final project rankings.

The tie-breaking event is set to take place on May 1, 2023 at 10 am MDT. It will be streamed live on the PRC’s YouTube channel. The event will occur at the New Mexico PRC offices in Santa Fe, where a Hearing Examiner will be present to oversee the proceedings and ensure their accuracy and transparency. We encourage all interested parties to watch the live stream and follow the proceedings closely. The PRC will generate a link a few minutes before the event and can be accessed via the PRC’s community solar landing page: https://www.nm-prc.org/utilities/community-solar/.Please check-in on this page at the start of the event. The event will be recorded.

After the tie-breaking event, the Program Administrator will oversee the ranking of all bids, overlaying the results of the tie-breaking event, co-location, and developer caps to determine the final project ranking. The final ranking of projects will be announced on May 9,2023, after the conclusion of the project bid discrepancy window and after the Program Administrator presents selected projects to the Commission.

InClime remains fully committed to ensuring a fair and transparent selection process for the Program. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns about the tie-breaking event.
