In accordance with a Commission order on March 6, 2025, Subscriber Organizations are authorized to use the solar bill credit rates from each utility’s currently filed tariffs. These solar bill credit rates are available on the program website and can be used to calculate a customer’s costs and savings on the Uniform Subscriber Disclosure and Consent Form when onboarding a potential subscriber.
As a reminder, Subscriber Organizations are required to secure a customer’s signature on the Uniform Subscriber Disclosure and Consent Form before the customer signs a subscription agreement. If a Subscriber Organization (or its Subscription Manager, if applicable) has a customer sign a Uniform Subscriber Disclosure and Consent Form as part of an online enrollment journey, the Subscriber Organization is required to obtain prior approval from the Program Administrator before it starts having customers sign the Uniform Subscriber Disclosure and Consent Form.
