The release of the final project rankings for the New Mexico Community Solar Program has been postponed. The delay is due to an Emergency Verified Complaint filed by Lightstar Renewables, LLC, and NM Solar 4000, LLC, which is currently under consideration by the Commission. To review the Complaint, please refer to Case 23-00167-UT on the NM Public Regulation Commission’s E-Docket System.
Despite this development, InClime’s presentation to the Commission will proceed as planned tomorrow during the specially scheduled open meeting. However, please note that InClime may not be announcing the selected projects at this time. Furthermore, we expect the Commission to issue an order tomorrow regarding the Complaint and the potential rescoring and reranking of applications. This is likely to result in a further postponement of the announcement of the selected projects.
