Release of New Subscriber Management Portal Features and Addition of Customer FAQs

The Program Administrator is pleased to announce the release of new portal features for Subscriber Organizations (SOs) and Subscription Managers (SMs). SOs can now invite SMs to manage the subscribers for their selected projects (Dashboard tab -> Subscriber Management -> Manage -> Manage Subscriber Managers).

We have also streamlined the Excel-based bulk upload method of submitting, changing, or terminating multiple subscribers at the same time (Dashboard tab -> Subscriber Management -> Downloads -> Get the Subscribers Upload Template (XLS)).

Additionally, to pair with the bulk upload of subscribers, there is a new feature for the bulk upload of Consent and Disclosure Forms. The signed versions of these forms can be combined into a zip file and uploaded in bulk to the portal.
