In response to a request for clarification from a Subscriber Organization, the Program Administrator affirms that it is acceptable to use a single Uniform Subscriber Disclosure and Consent Form for one subscriber that has multiple utility accounts subscribing to the same community solar project when the terms and conditions of those subscriptions are identical.
In this scenario, the Subscriber Organization/Subscription Manager must list the aggregate subscription size and all applicable utility account numbers in the corresponding fields of the Disclosure Form. If the utility account numbers do not fit in the space provided on the Disclosure Form, the Subscriber Organization/Subscription Manager must attach a separate page to list them.
A subscriber’s aggregate subscription across all of its utility accounts subscribed to any given project may not exceed 40% of the total capacity of that project.
