Individual project scores will now be available to Subscriber Organizations in the program portal on May 1, 2023, at 9 am MDT, rather than April 28, 2023, at 12 pm MDT, as previously communicated. Subscriber Organizations will have until May 3, 2023, at 4 pm MDT to report any score discrepancies to the Program Administrator. Any ties remaining after this date will be resolved based on the results of the tie-breaking event.

As a reminder, the tie-breaking event will be held on Monday, May 1, 2023, at 10 am MDT at the New Mexico PRC in Santa Fe. All bid numbers will be drawn to establish a random order for breaking any ties. We welcome all interested parties to tune in to the livestream which can be accessed via the PRC’s community solar landing page at https://www.nm-prc.org/utilities/community-solar/. The PRC will provide a link shortly before the event, and the entire event will be recorded.
