To help with the bid process while organizations are going through Subscriber Organization and Affiliate registration the Program Administrator has released images of the project bid RFP portal. Click here to review the slideshow.

The project bid comprises eight steps not including submitting payment. Note step seven’s uploads are dictated by answers provided in the bid. Step seven is an example of potential uploads needed and is not inclusive of all options that could be requested as the result of your bid answers.

As a reminder, a bid will not be considered completed until payment is received. The bid window closes on January 31, 2023 at 4 PM Mountain Prevailing Time.

Bid information can be saved in progress so that a bid does not have to be completed in a single session.

Organizations will not be able to create bids until their Subscriber Organizations and any Affiliates have been approved by the Program Administrator. Please expect up to three business days for processing time. All registrations need to be representative of project ownership and all registrations require a certificate of good standing from the State of New Mexico.
