As a reminder, the New Mexico Community Solar project bid window closes on January 31, 2023 at 4 pm Mountain. For a bid to be considered, it must be submitted and the application fee paid by the bid deadline. The Program Administrator must approve Subscriber Organization and any needed Affiliate registrations before bids can be submitted under those registrations. The Program Administrator has been aware of potentially inappropriate market offers to qualifying businesses to obtain RFP bonus points for local procurement preferences (page 18 of the RFP).
