New Mexico CS Program Important Dates and Information

As a reminder, the New Mexico Community Solar project bid window closes on January 31, 2023 at 4 pm Mountain. For a bid to be considered, it must be submitted and the application fee paid by the bid deadline. The Program Administrator must approve Subscriber Organization and any needed Affiliate registrations before bids can be submitted under those registrations. The Program Administrator Issues a Notice of Warning Regarding RFP Bonus Points

The Program Administrator has been aware of potentially inappropriate market offers to qualifying businesses to obtain RFP bonus points for local procurement preferences (page 18 of the RFP). The Program Administrator has released an amended Community Solar RFP and would like to thank the market for its feedback. Following is a summary of the changes: Local procurement preference: The local procurement preference criteria of the RFP has been amended to offer the opportunity to obtain a proportion of bonus points if the Respondent is a legal joint venture or partnership with an entity that qualifies under 13-1-21 NMSA 1978.
