Disclosure Form Compliance and Generation for Subscriber Organizations with Awarded Capacity

As a crucial update, we want to emphasize that only Subscriber Organizations and their direct partners of projects awarded capacity can compliantly generate Disclosure Forms. These forms are project-specific and can only be presented for the projects that have been officially awarded capacity.
