As we near the end of the review process, we want to remind you of important upcoming dates and information that may impact your bid.
Firstly, we would like to emphasize that all outstanding requests for clarification must be submitted to the Program Administrator by 10 am MDT on Friday, April 21st. Please note that any outstanding requests for a project that remain unfulfilled or incomplete will impact scoring and potentially prevent scoring for that project if the outstanding item is a minimum bid requirement.
We are pleased to inform you that individual project scores will be available for review on the program portal by 12 pm MDT on April 24th. In case of any discrepancies, bidders have until 3 pm MDT on April 27th to submit them to the Program Administrator. More information on the process will be provided on April 24th.
Please take note of the following important upcoming dates:
- April 21, 2023, 10 am MDT: Deadline for bidders to respond to requests for information.
- April 24, 2023: Program Administrator releases individual project scores to bidders.
- April 27, 2023, 3 pm MDT: Deadline for bidders to submit any score discrepancies.
- May 2023: Program Administrator announces project awards.
- June 2023: Deadline for bidders to pay project fees for selected projects.
- June 1, 2023: First reporting benchmark for subscriber commitments.
