Bid Window Closed:
The New Mexico Community Solar Bid Window is now closed. All bids and payments submitted by January 31 at 4 pm MT will be evaluated.
Application Processing Update:
The Program Administrator’s bid processing team will evaluate and score bids, with announcements for project awards expected to begin in Q2 2023.
The Program Administrator will contact bidders during the bid review process should any bid require clarification or further information. Failure to respond within five business days may result in the bid being deemed unresponsive and the review process being halted.
Important Information:
- Registrations: Subscriber Organizations and Affiliate registrations are now closed and will stay closed until project awards are completed. However, project sales or transfers must still be promptly reported to the Program Administrator.
- Project Awards: Information on how project awards will be announced will be released closer to Q2 2023.
- Subscriptions: Project subscriptions cannot be offered until project awards are announced. The Program Administrator will closely monitor this.
