As a reminder, the New Mexico Community Solar project bid window closes on January 31, 2023 at 4 pm Mountain. For a bid to be considered, it must be submitted and the application fee paid by the bid deadline.

The Program Administrator must approve Subscriber Organization and any needed Affiliate registrations before bids can be submitted under those registrations. Registrations submitted after January 25, 2023, may not be reviewed in time to submit a bid before the closing of the bid window. Please submit registrations as early as possible to allow sufficient bid submission time.

As the Program Administrator reviews project bids, it may follow up with bidders on deficiencies, concerns, or clarifications. If a response is not received within five business days, the bidder may be deemed unresponsive, and the bid review may be halted.

The Program Administrator will continue answering questions throughout the process. There is no cutoff to submit a question to the Program Administrator.
