We are excited to share some major improvements! The Program Administrator has launched a refresh of the New Mexico Community Solar website, updated certain program documents, and implemented enhancements to the program portal.

  • Refreshed website. The program website at csnewmexico.com now has a new look and feel, a more streamlined user experience, and better organization of resources for Subscriber Organizations (SOs) and subscribers.
  • Updated program flyer. The program flyer, available here in both English and Spanish, has been edited to better highlight the savings possible with community solar.
  • Updated Disclosure Form and Appendix. The Disclosure Form and Disclosure Form Appendix have been updated with the program’s new logo. All other content on these forms remains the same. As before, watermarked versions of these documents are available here on the public website. Non-watermarked versions are available in the password-protected portal in the Subscriber Management Downloads section of the Dashboard tab and must be presented to subscribers for their review and signature. These are available only to SOs of selected projects. Please use the new versions of these documents moving forward. However, prior versions will still be accepted.
  • Bulk subscriber upload. Multiple subscribers can now be uploaded via an Excel file. This Excel template can be found in the portal under the Subscriber Management Downloads section of the Dashboard tab and uploaded in the Subscriber Management Create/Edit section. Subscribers can still be manually entered into the portal individually. The subscriber entry functionality is available only to SOs with selected projects. Please note that regardless of the method of entry, a signed, non-watermarked Disclosure Form is required for each subscriber.
  • Downloadable subscriber reports by project. This functionality is available in the portal through the Subscribers by Bid/Project link under the Subscriber Management Downloads section of the Dashboard tab.
  • Subscriber analytics by project. This functionality is available in the portal under the RFP Bids tab.
